Looking For Private Room W/ Attached Bath Or 1B1B Near BART – Pleasanton/Dublin, CA

Hi! I’m looking for a comfortable private room with an attached/private bathroom in a clean, peaceful, and friendly home or a whole 1 bed/1 bath unit in Pleasanton or Dublin, CA. One of my main requirements is being very close to a BART station, ideally within comfortable walking distance, since I’ll be relying on BART for transportation.

If I’m sharing a home, I’m hoping to find a calm and welcoming environment with friendly housemates who are easy to get along with, supportive, and don’t mind helping each other out when needed. I’m also completely open to living in a family home as long as the atmosphere is comfortable, peaceful and friendly.

It would be a big plus if I could find a female housemate who is into fitness and enjoys working out. I’d love to have someone I can work out with and who wouldn’t mind helping me learn proper workout techniques, form, posture, and different exercises.

I need access to a functional kitchen, so I’m looking for a place where I can comfortably cook and use the kitchen amenities and appliances.
