A smaller private room is available for $1075 for single occupancy (no sharing). Rent for different shared room is $695 per person (plus utilities). Parking can be provided for extra rent. House is located at a very prime location on John F Kennedy Blvd & Jewett Ave, close to St Peters university and Lincoln Park and is at about 15 to 18 mins walking distance from Journal Square Path station for commute to NYC. Bus stop is also 2 mins away for a direct bus to NYC Port Authority or to Journal Square Path station if you prefer. Other direct bus options to Grove Street / Exchange Place / Newport / Hoboken as well. Perfect for working professionals, hybrid work commuters or busy students. Access to backyard and inhouse washer dryer. Grocery stores at 2 to 5 mins distance. Bank ATM 2 mins away. Very convenient location and safe neighbourhood.
