Five minutes drives Asian (Indian, Pakistani...) stores House is recently painted and almost all appliances replaced. check that address on Zillow for more pictures.
Tenants will be responsible of all utilities (gas, electricity, water, swear etc..)
bedroom can be furnished upon request but that will cost extra $25/month.
