Rent includes water, sewer, and internet. Electricity and gas are not included and typically range from 150 to 200 dollars per month, depending on the season (higher in winter, lower in summer). A free apartment shuttle to the Red Line train station is also provided. I have been living here for the past five years, and it has been a great experience. The staff are very friendly, and maintenance requests are handled promptly.
