I’m offering my studio for a short-term stay while I’m away.

Availability: Oct 31 – Jan 15 (approx. 10–11 weeks; flexible dates)

Rent & Deposit:
* Rent for full stay: $3,000
* Security deposit: $600
* Total due at key handoff: $3,600

Utilities:
* Not included; based on actual usage.
* Utility bills will be provided for review and deducted from the security deposit at move-out.
* Damages, if any, will also be deducted from the deposit.

Amenities:
* Full-size refrigerator, gas stove & oven
* Wall-mounted heater & lights
* Shared washer/dryer in basement
* Trash bins outside
* Street parking only; no dedicated parking

Other Details:
* Small 3 × 8 ft room reserved for my personal belongings and not accessible. Main living area, kitchen & bathroom are fully available.
* No mailbox due to short-term stay.
* I prefer an in-person meeting and apartment inspection before finalizing. Existing conditions/damages can be documented at key handoff.
