Overview

Sunny, fully furnished private room available in a charming flat. The room has a large east-facing window, two smaller south-facing windows, a twin bed, table, chair, lamp, large dresser, and full closet. The bedroom and semi-private bathroom are in the back half of the flat, offering privacy.

The front half of the flat is occupied by me and my two happy young children (ages 2 and 4). They sleep through the night (approximately 9:30–10pm to 7:30–8am). I work from home as a physician.

Our home emphasizes kindness, emotional attunement, gentle communication, creativity, and healthy daily routines. This is a good fit for someone who enjoys a peaceful family environment and is comfortable living with young children. There may be optional paid family support for the right person, if mutually of interest.

The home is in a quiet, family-oriented neighborhood with cafés and local ethnic restaurants nearby. Ashby BART is a few blocks away, with easy access to the Bay Area.
