Hi, my name is Yagna. I’m a 27-year-old working professional (IT field), Telugu-speaking. I work full-time and my office is about a mile away from the area I’m looking in, so I prefer something nearby.

I’m looking for a long-term rental room with a private bathroom. I’m a non-vegetarian, but I do not smoke or drink and I do not have any habits related to alcohol or smoking. I lead a quiet and responsible lifestyle.

Cleanliness is very important to me. I strictly do not prefer houses with roaches or pest issues. I keep my living space very neat and organized and I expect the same level of cleanliness from housemates.

I’m currently unable to sign a formal lease, but I am looking for a stable, long-term stay and will be responsible with rent and house rules.
