Hi there,
I'm a working professional living in the Issaquah Highlands, and I'm looking to rent out the extra bedroom in my apartment.
The room has its own private bathroom and comes semi-furnished with a bed, mattress, desk, and chair. If you have your own furniture, I can remove mine to make space. The living room is mostly empty as well, so you're welcome to furnish it however you'd like!
Rent: $1,325/month
Parking: $25/month (optional)
Utilities: Around $100/month
The lease runs through June 2026, with the option to renew afterward.
A bit about me:
I'm a clean, laid-back person who mostly keeps to myself. I work in tech and usually work from home. I also have two adorable British Shorthair cats who mostly stay in my room. If you're allergic, no worries—I regularly spray anti-allergen in the shared spaces, and they rarely roam outside my room. They’re super sweet and friendly and shouldn’t be a bother.
I'm also a fantastic roommate (so I've been told!)—happy to help out, and if I’m available, I’m totally down to give you a ride to or from the airport. If you'd like, you're welcome to reach out to any of my previous roommates for a reference.
Let me know if you have any questions or would like to come take a look—happy to chat!
