Can’t we just share kitchen with vegan/vegetarian roommates?

First time, we shared the kitchen with our vegetarian roommate, we found it weird. She “wasn’t easy sharing dishes”. Name it anything in the kitchen they seemed to be a fright in her eyes. Not to mention the tug-of-war at refrigerator.

Every time, she opened it to pick her groceries, she felt icky, as if she had to dine with Justin Bieber!

But, we were fair enough. We got our non-vegetarian exclusive dishes.

She looked at us, as if we were the forbidden Cullen clan from far-east of Transylvania. We reminded her politely that Tuna and squids are our business.

If someone is vegan by custom or by choice, sermonizing on man’s design to be an omnivore would never do…

so we zipped up after a time!

All we did was leaving kitchen spick and span (even now!).

No bragging about the tantalizing aroma of steaks and meatballs at dining table. Why not some respect for their feelings about meat?

We were open to our personal choice and diet!
