I’m a working professional (male) seeking accommodation with a move-in date within a month, generally stays two weeks per month (out of town the remaining time).

Location Requirement (MUST):
Within 0.5 miles walking distance to a MARTA bus stop.

Preferred Areas:
• Alpharetta / North Roswell
• Between Exit 7–Exit 11
• Near Holcomb Bridge Rd, Mansell Rd, Haynes Bridge Rd, Old Milton Pkwy, or Windward Pkwy

Housing Preferences:
• 1 Bed / 1 Bath — Private (BATH NON-SHARED, MUST)
• Apartment, townhome, or room in a shared house (no basements)
• Quiet and well-maintained property

Budget: $800–$900/month (including utilities)

Since I will only be staying about two weeks each month, I’m a low-impact tenant.
