I'm one of the current tenants, 39 y/o female, working in the healthcare sector. I'm vegetarian, non-smoker, with no pets. I work from home twice a week. I like to keep things clean, quiet, and respectful. Open communication and no drama is highly preferred.

Spacious room with private bath (see attached photos). Furnished with added cost (current occupant will sell her stuff). Apartment includes balcony, W/D in the building, garbage disposal, and secure entrance. It's located in a safe neighborhood, with easy access to grocery stores, restaurants, parks, and industrial city. Living room, balcony, and kitchen are shared. Utilities include hot water. Electricity and internet are equally shared. Total apartment rent is $3850, which is equally split between three rooms and is subjective to change at lease signing as determined by the building management. Security deposit is the same as one month's rent.

B37 bus stop right outside the apartment. Subway stations 25th St and 36th St are at walking distance.

Preference: professionals between ages 25-40, females, vegetarian, nonsmoking, alcohol permitted (only if you can handle it without being nuisance to others), mature, respectful of shared spaces, clean and proactive in sharing household duties, no overnighters, and no pets.
