Looking for a male roommate in a 3B/2.5B brand new town home in Reeds Crossing community in Hillsboro. The town home is fully furnished and need some working professionals to share the space. The room itself is a very good sized room upstairs with a closet. Bathroom is not attached but you will have a separate bathroom. You will pay $800 +Utilities for your room. Utilities include electricity, gas, water, sewer, and internet which will be shared. Also, you will have to deposit a month’s rent upon moving, refundable after deducting cleaning or damages (if any) with a 30 days’ notice prior to vacating. Rent is due on the 1st of each month.
Amenities include a washer, dryer, refrigerator, AC, Water Heater
No pets, no smoking indoors, no overnight guests, no shoes inside. I prefer people cleaning behind themselves in the common areas.
The community has many walking trails, parks, with walkable distance to providence health center, and active fitness. 15 min. drive to Nike WHQ, Costco. 5 min drive to Safeway/Fred Meyer.
