I am looking for a woman to take over my portion of my lease for my room in a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment in downtown Chicago. You will have the biggest bedroom with an attached bathroom and walk in closet. The other 2 roommates are both 25 year old professionals, and they have their own rooms and share a bathroom together. Everyone does their own cleaning and chores. The bedroom is not furnished, but the living area is furnished, and you will be required to buy my 1/3 or 1/2 share of the furniture items that I bought with my current roommates, and I can provide a list of the items and my asking price. I am also selling some other furniture items for both the bedroom and the common areas, so let me know if you would like a list of those items as well. Overall, roommates all keep to themselves, and communicate when guests are coming over. Please let me know if you have any other questions, and text me at if you're interested! Earliest move in date would be 9/15/2025, and the lease ends on 6/30/2026.
