Hello! My roommate and I are looking for someone to sublease our rooms at The Tower (209 Northwind Drive) from May 4th, 2025- August 25th, 2025. Our rent is $890 per month for each person with all utilities included except electricity (which ranges from $70-100 per month split between two people so around $35-50) I am willing to negotiate the price! The entire unit has two bedrooms and one bathroom, living room, kitchen and balcony (5th floor). Floor-plan is in the image attached. (Basic furniture included). No pets, no smoking household.
