Master Bedroom Needed

Hi! I’m a full-time biotech professional working in Union City, and my partner is a final-year university student. We’re a respectful, clean, and quiet couple looking for a master bedroom with a private bathroom in a peaceful, well-maintained home.

We also have a small dog (under 10 lbs) who is fully potty trained, doesn’t bark, and is extremely sweet and friendly. He’s calm indoors, well-socialized, and gets along great with people and pets.

We’re ideally looking for a place in or near Union City, Fremont, Newark, or Hayward, with access to a kitchen, laundry, and parking. We’re tidy, responsible with rent, and value clear communication with housemates.

We’d love to find a place that feels like home where we can focus on work and school in a calm environment. Our move-in date is flexible, and we’re happy to provide references, proof of employment/enrollment, and meet in person.
