Private Room For 2 Near Northeastern University

Hi All,
My friend and I are in search of any vacant private rooms that we could share that are closer to the Northeastern University.
We will be joining this fall so are looking for leases starting from sept 1 but are flexible with coming in a or two week earlier.
We would like if utilities are included in the spot especially heating.
A little about us, we both went to college in NITT, India and are coming to pursue a master in CS now. We are really clean and hygienic people and like to keep shared places clean and tidy. We are really friendly and outgoing people, and can gel with anyone.
