Our suite is on the top floor of a 3 unit building. Located in Burnaby Heights, 10-15 minute walk to Brentwood mall and skytrain station. Close to bus lines 130 (right outside the house) and 95 B line on Hastings. It’s a great area near the public library, swimming pool, walking trails and grocery stores. There is a small green space in the back that gets good sun and has a giant raspberry patch. Also potential for other growing opportunities! The price is cheap because we have a “grandfathered” in price as the unit has been passed down the same friend group for about 10 years now
