Looking for paying guest for one of the bedrooms upstairs in a townhouse. Currently, there is another woman who is renting one of the two bedrooms upstairs. There is a bathroom right outside the bedrooms, that will be shared by both paying guests.

The owners bedroom is on the main level. Attached are the pictures for bedroom 2.

Bedroom 1 - comes with a closet. and furniture. The room is the largest of the both and larger than the one shown in pictures. Couldn't get pictures as we have a guest staying in there now. Rent includes utilities - $750.


Bedroom comes with a lock/key.
There is a washer/dryer located on the main level.

Also on the second level, right outside the bedrooms, there is a loft/TV room with sofa, chairs and bookshelves that can be used as an extended living room for the guests.
I can also provide food if needed (for an additional cost) and we can discuss the details if interested.
