I have a room for rent minutes from Canadian Border in lovely community. House is located in quiet cul-de-sac and there’s ample street parking. 3 bedroom/ 2 bath single story house.
Bedroom located in front corner of house with lots of sunlight streaming through. Bed is queen sized with comfy mattress. See pics. Shared areas include bathroom (with 1 other person), kitchen, laundry room, living room and backyard.
We have a very sweet 63lb dog. Our home is ideal for someone who is dog friendly ??. Sorry we won’t be able to accept additional pets in the home.

There are 2 people currently in the home including myself. You shall be sharing the bath with the other person.

Rent includes all utilities-water/electricity/garbage/internet.

No smoking/ drugs. No overnight guests

About me- I work in healthcare, enjoy cooking and being in the great outdoors of the PNW. Alternatively, I’m happy curled up on sofa with a good book.
