The property is elevated and the view is grand with a sunset over the mountains. The street is a cul de sac and very quiet. It is a large 5 bedroom home with computer professionals in other rooms.
Due to the difficult employment market, the rent has been reduced by $200 for couple of months to help a new immigrant tenant get started.

I am a retired IT professional and used to teach at IIT, New Delhi during late sixties. You will enjoy listening to my 50+ years of world wide experiences in the IT profession, as well as how me and my family migrated in 1947 after the bloody partition of India from Lahore to Delhi.


Alternately, my place can be ideal for a senior citizen, who will enjoy companionship of other younger persons.
