I'm a 34 year old guy that has a two bedroom apartment in suite washer Nd dryer I have cats but they are cool.I would prefer a female.You would have access to all space not just the bedroom. I hardly use the common area so you can decorate as you want.I'm a chill guy, coming off a cancer battle and working to get my body strong again. Occasional party friendly, gotta have a good time up in this bitch once in a while. Rent is 1625 so I ask for half and I will take care of internet and power and the streaming services.I will send pics if interested just wanted to get this up
