I live alone in 3 br 2 ba home with lots of room for a roomate. Outdoor dogs possible, no indoor pets, kids possible. I’m a retired teacher so I am good with kids. Home located in the woods on a dead end road at the end of the dead end road in Coram. Private bedroom, private living room, private bathroom, shared kitchen, shared laundry. Wood heat. Comes with internet. 6 month lease renewable after 6 months at owners discretion. I travel a lot so home will often be yours. When I am gone I will need renter to feed water my outdoor dogs.
