MASTER bedroom available in a 2B/2b apartment with attached bathroom, walk-in closet and a dedicated parking space in North Park Apartments, San Jose. The room also comes with attached balcony overlooking the main zanker road.

The apartment and bedroom itself is furnished with a couch, tv, twin bed in the living room and a table, chair along with a queen bed frame in the bedroom, however you will have to bring in your own mattress.

Fully settled kitchen with all basic equipment and utensils if you are planning to cook vegetarian food.

Rent: $1650.00 ( your share )
Utilities total bills which will be divided equally:
- $50 for internet
- around $150 for society charges
- $150 - $250 for electricity as per usage

Looking for a male roommate who will cook or bring only vegetarian food in the apartment. Also, someone who likes to keep the space clean and is mindful of the basic living etiquettes.

PS: You will also have to sign a lease for the duration of your stay.
