I am a Recent Graduate, starting off in NYC, looking for a sublease or paying guest accommodation in the NYC/NJ area. My primary requirement is a commute of less than one hour to Times Square. I am open to locations in New Jersey (such as Jersey City, Hoboken, Journal Square) or the outer boroughs of NYC.
My monthly budget is $1000, and I am flexible on whether this includes utilities. I am looking to move in around 25th July but have some flexibility with the date.
A bit about me: I am a responsible, clean, and considerate individual. I am generally working on projects in my room or out exploring in my free time. I am looking for a friendly and respectful living environment.
