Overview

Hi all, I'm a working professional in Business Intelligence, working hybrid in Downtown Boston. My current lease ends September 30th, so I'm looking to move in starting October 1, 2026.

A bit about me:

Male, open to living with any gender in the other rooms
Quiet, introverted, and keep to myself — respectful and low-key roommate
Vegetarian, and I mostly eat out, so I rarely use the kitchen (just occasional light cooking)
Working hybrid, so I'm around during the week but not always home

What I'm looking for:

A private room (private bathroom)
Assigned/included parking, or at least paid parking nearby
Located in or with an easy commute to Downtown Boston
Budget is negotiable — flexible if the place is a good fit

Open to a long-term lease, but I'd prefer short-term, no lease, or month-to-month — flexible either way if the place is a good fit.
