Sun Lake is a pet friendly community. We proudly accept up to 2 pets per apartment home. There is a $400 non-refundable pet fee per pet and a monthly pet rent of $20 per pet. Please contact management for the complete pet policy. Breed restrictions do apply. We welcome 2 pets per apartment home. No weight restrictions. Max of 2 pets per unit. $20 monthly pet rent. One time pet fee of $400 for 1 & $600 for 2 (non-refundable). Our pet-friendly apartments welcome most breeds of dogs.
