Room 2 master room $1000/mo & deposit is $1050. To move in I need $2050.
The $50 extra charge in deposit covers my ad fees.
To moveout you just tell me on the first of the month & I will pay your share of the rent using your deposit. It gives me one month time to find your replacement. Deposit covers last month rent & is non-refundable. Rent is strictly due on the 1st of the month or a few days before.
Other Variable charges:
1. Once a month at the end of the month I will bring a cleaning lady to come and clean the apartment. She usually charges $100-$120 for a 3 hour minimum plus a $30 tip. She will clean kitchen, bathroom and light vacuum the rooms. We will evenly divide the share by 3. $15-$20/mo for cleaning supplies.
