1) How do I upgrade my ad for better visibility?

To get more responses, you can upgrade your ad to a Premium, Elite, or Elite+ plan. These plans place your ad higher on listing and category pages, giving it priority over free and basic ads.

Steps to upgrade:

  • Go to your Dashboard and select the ad you want to upgrade.
  • Click on Upgrade / Boost Ad.
  • Choose a Premium plan (Elite or Elite+) based on your visibility needs.
  • Complete the payment process.

Once upgraded, your ad will start showing at the top of search results and category pages, attracting more leads.

2) Ad not visible? Possible reasons explained.

Once posted, your ad should normally appear on all relevant pages. However, in some cases, it may not be visible due to:

  • Email not verified – If your email is not verified, your ad will remain under Email Verification Pending status and will not go live.
  • Incomplete or missing details – If required fields are not filled, your ad may not show on certain pages.
  • Payment not completed – For paid ads, visibility starts only after successful payment confirmation.
  • Expired ad – Ads automatically stop showing once the end date has passed.
  • Duplicate ads – If multiple ads with the same details are posted, duplicates may be hidden.
  • Ad under review/flagged – If reported for policy violations, the ad may be temporarily hidden until reviewed.
  • Technical glitches (rare cases) – Sometimes, due to system delays or temporary errors, your ad may take a little longer to reflect.

How to fix it:

  • Verify your email to activate your ad.
  • Edit your ad and ensure all required details are complete.
  • Check your dashboard to confirm the ad status is Live.

3) Why am I getting fewer leads and how can I increase responses to my ad?

The number of leads you receive depends on how well your ad is optimized. You may be getting fewer responses due to:

  • Limited or unclear details – ads without clear details on room utilities, amenities, or nearby landmarks receive fewer responses.
  • No or poor-quality images – listings with photos get significantly higher visibility and trust.
  • Pricing not competitive – check market trends in your area; adjusting rent to be competitive can attract more inquiries.
  • Incorrect category/location – choosing the wrong city, area, or landmark can prevent your ad from showing on relevant pages.
  • Policy issues – including email IDs, phone numbers, or external links in the ad text can reduce visibility.
  • Basic ad placement – free and basic ads appear lower in search results; upgrading to Elite or Elite+ plans gives your ad priority placement at the top of listing and category pages.
