I am looking for a female roommate to sign a lease for 6-12 months in a 2B2B apartment. Both of us will have our separate room and bathroom. The plan is to sign the lease at Atherton apartment in Frisco because the reviews are good and my friends who live there have had no problem with anything in the past. The apartment has a pool, gym, trail, and ample of parking space. It is also close to many stores like Patel Brothers, Walmart, Kroger's, Whole foods and also Stonebriar mall. I am looking for someone who values cleanliness and will keep the apartment in a neat and tidy condition. I am an outgoing, extrovert, and fun-loving person. I am very much into outdoor activities and fitness. About visitors: my parents will visit in month of May and June and they are vegetarian. So, I do not mind a non-vegetarian roommate but during those months I would like to keep the fridge free of non-vegetarian food. My boyfriend might also visit once in a while but for short durations.
