Looking For Metro Accessible Housing And A Good And Honest Landlord (Fairfax, Falls Church, Arlington, NW/W DC)

Hello, I’m a nonprofit youth soccer coach and educator seeking a peaceful, respectful home in DC or Northern Virginia. The rental should be within a 10-minute walk (or less) of the Orange or Silver line—Dunn Loring and West Falls Church are top choices, with East Falls Church and Vienna also preferred. Ballston, Clarendon, Courthouse, Rosslyn, and Foggy Bottom / Georgetown / GWU area are workable options, but less preferred.

I’d love a bit of extra storage, easy access to laundry, and full kitchen usage. A private bathroom, extra sun room/study room, and entrance are preferred, but I’m open to sharing for the right fit. My budget is up to $1,100/month including utilities, with a flexible move-in between mid-August and September 1. Ideally the place would be around $1000 a month.
