Private Room With Shared Bathroom

I’m renting a private bedroom with shared bathroom in anna area. The room is located upstairs, while we live downstairs. You will share the bathroom with the other guest.

Requirements & House Rules:
• Female tenant only
• No smoking inside the house
• No pets are allowed
• No guests

The rent is $700 per month, which includes all utilities. You can use the laundry once a week. You can use the kitchen and put your food in the refrigerator.
You can park your car on the street. There is a walmart 10 mins drive away. You cannot walk there. There are indian groceries in frisco and mckinney, which are 20-30 mins drive.
A little about us: I live with 3 children in the house. School days it is quiet, off days there are some noise. My husband works out of state. We feel uncomfortable men come and stay inside the house. So men please do not request about the room.
