I hope you’re doing well. I’m writing to express my interest in the room you have available for rent.
A little about me: My name is Arifur Rahman, I am 41, at present I am NY state government employee, but I have accepted a federal job offer located in Alexandria VA, that's why I want to move in , I am married, and my family currently lives in NYC so I will not have any guests. I am quiet, respectful, clean, and responsible. I do not smoke, do not drink, and I do not have any pets. Most of my time is spent at work, so I maintain a calm environment.
I am looking for a long-term rental and can provide proof of employment, income verification, and references if needed. I am financially stable and always pay rent on time.
If the room is still available, then I am planning to move February 7, I will pay one month rent + security, I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss further details or schedule a viewing at your convenience.
