Plenty of free street parking around. It's 1 minute walk from coffee shops, eateries, bank, pharmacy and a reservoir for a nice walk.
Each room can be rented to individuals or both rooms can be rented to a couple or partners.
Looking for someone who likes cleanliness, is easy going and not messy. Ideally looking for at least 12 months, but open to short term case by case.
