Tips to post ads for “Rental Listing”

  • Link Copied

No tenant is going to look at your rental listing ad for more than 3 seconds. KISS – no flowery words, adjectives or poetry, while posting ads for a rental apartment.

I was looking out for a #shared apartment in Georgia. This is when I realized that “Rental listings” are meant to be loud and attention seeking.

I’m not a pro in posting rental listing ads. But a few things would do. It worked for me.

Catchy headlines

$2,000 - # 2 bedroom apartment for rent at The Jane Homes in the Buckhead neighborhood

No. of bedrooms, bathrooms, no. of beds, location and price

All these should be mentioned in the headline. Nailing it right away is what every tenant does.

Hashtags and dollar signs make it look unique.

Short description

Prime location, tall ceiling, cozy living rooms, spacious bathrooms, skyline views, large windows, well-lit space naturally

I’m a tenant. I would like to visualize the place I’m going to rent. Short description would do the talking.

Photos

Clean pictures of all the major rooms

Nice lighting would make it distinct

More than 4 pictures would be better

Uploading the pictures in Social would fetch better results.
