Hi! I’m looking for a female roommate in her 20s to share a 2 bed / 2 bath apartment in the Greater Uptown / Galleria area. Move-in would be the first week of November.
Details:
Budget: Hoping to keep rent under $1500 total ($800 each + utilities)
Apartment: We’ll search and apply together for a nice 2B2B unit with good amenities (pool, gym, in-unit laundry, parking, etc.)
Layout: Each of us will have our own private bedroom + private bathroom
Community: Several of my friends are also moving into the same complex (getting 1B1Bs), so there will be a built-in social circle ??

I’m a 23-year-old working professional. Easy-going, respectful of privacy, social but also like downtime. I love having friends over and will occasionally have overnight guests, but will always communicate about it with you first. I’m pretty clean and organized, enjoy hanging out, exploring restaurants, and the occasional night out.
Preference:
Looking for another young professional, female in her 20s, tidy, responsible, and easy to get along with. I’d love to be friends with my roommate, but totally respect if we just keep it as roommates.
