I'm leasing a bedroom with an attached bath from Feb 1st (flexible move-in date - earlier if required)

Room Details:
- the room is furnished with a bed, desk and a chair.
- the room has an attached bath.
- the room has access to the backyard.

Home details:
- furnished home with in-unit washer/dryer
- shared kitchen and living room
- furnace, TV in the main hall
- central ac/heating
- spacious backyard
- unreserved driveway parking and street parking are available
- close to Bart, grocery stores, and downtown Fremont (Mowry avenue).

Cost:
- Rent: $1350 (Rent will be prorated from the date of move-in)
- Deposit: There is a refundable deposit of 1 month's rent.
- Utilities: Utility cost (Power/Gas, Water, Trash, and Internet) is shared equally among all 4 roommates ( per month per person).

Lease: Minimum 6 months lease and month-to-month after that.

Other terms:
- the room is for single occupancy only.
- no smoking inside the home
- no pets sorry.

You will be sharing the home with 3 other guys. All of us are friendly tech professionals :)
